Partial payments can be made toward a vehicle. However, vehicles will not leave the holding facility until the total is satisfied in full.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (including American Express) as well as cash. We do not accept personal checks. Private property tows are cash only transactions.

Yes, with proper documentation. The person authorized to pick up the vehicle will need to bring the following: A copy of the registered owner's government issued photo identification A copy of the vehicle proof of ownership (registration, title, or an insurance card) Their government issued photo identification A handwritten and signed note from the registered owner which includes the vehicle year, make, model, and VIN authorizing the person(s) to retrieve the vehicle. Each of the requirements above must be shown prior to entering the vehicle. Pictures on a cellular device are sufficient.
